A San Diego man was found dead in his apartment Saturday, apparently stabbed to death, police said.
Neighbors said they heard an argument and a commotion coming from the apartment in the 4200 block of University Avenue at 1 a.m. Saturday morning and that the door was seen open later in the day, police said.
Police have not released the name of the victim pending notification of the next of kin.
