State police arrested two suspects and issued a murder warrant for a third in the sniper slaying of a 14-year-old girl who was killed while riding in a school bus to a basketball game on Cape Cod last weekend. State police Lt. Lee Garrison said the attack on the bus, which was carrying 13 girls to a girl’s basketball game in Falmouth, was “an intentional, but apparently random act.”
