Moorpark Linebacker Makes College Choice

Randy Spitzer, a sophomore linebacker for Moorpark College, said Tuesday that he has orally committed to Chadron (Neb.) State. Spitzer (5-foot-11, 215 pounds) said he plans to visit the school Feb. 1 and will receive a full scholarship. The Granada Hills High graduate twice was honorable mention All-Western State Conference Northern Division.
