Former Denver Broncos tackle Gerald Perry pleaded innocent today to two assault-and-battery charges stemming from an alleged fight with a drinking companion on Dec. 28. Perry appeared before Aurora, Colo., Municipal Judge Richard Kaufman, who scheduled a pretrial hearing for Feb. 11.
