RJR Nabisco Holdings Corp.: The closely held consumer products firm reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $13 million, compared to a $144-million net loss during the 1989 period. The 1990 quarter results reflected a $75-million loss related to potential income taxes from recapitalization. Revenue was $3.69 billion, up 4.2% from the 1989 quarter. For the full year, the company reported a $429-million net loss, compared to a $1.15-billion loss in 1989. The New York firm said the 1990 loss reflects charges related to the leveraged buyout of RJR Nabisco in 1989. Revenue for 1990 was $13.88 billion, 8.8% higher than in 1989.
