LA HABRA : Resolution Passed in Support of Troops

The City Council has unanimously voted to adopt a resolution supporting the troops in the Gulf War.
Mayor John C. Holmberg invited representatives from the local chapter of the Brothers of Vietnam organization to accept the resolution.
The mayor also urged residents to hang flags and wear yellow ribbons in a show of support for the country and to write letters to the troops.
