New Hampshire Finally Wins at Home

DURHAM, N.H. —
New Hampshire beat Holy Cross, 72-56, Monday night to end the longest home losing streak in NCAA history--32 games.
The last time New Hampshire won in Lundholm Gymnasium was on Feb. 7, 1988, a one-point victory over Colgate.
Freshman Tommy MacDonald led New Hampshire (2-19) with 20 points. The Wildcats shot 55% from the field, making 14 of 21 shots in the second half.
Holy Cross (13-10) had beaten Big East teams Providence and Boston College this season.
