Daly Sentenced: Tyne Daly, who co-starred in the television show “Cagney & Lacey,” pleaded no contest Thursday to drunk driving and was fined $916. She was ordered to attend a 90-day alcohol-education program, had her driver’s license restricted for 90 days for use only to and from work and the alcohol-education program, and was placed on three years of unsupervised probation. Daly was arrested Jan. 14 after CHP officers said they saw her Toyota weaving. Tests showed Daly had a blood alcohol level of 0.15%, nearly double the legal limit of 0.08%. “I made a dumb mistake and I’m grateful I didn’t hurt anybody,” Daly said in a statement after the incident. “I . . . will take whatever punishment is dictated by the circumstances.”
