Man Wearing Dress Found Shot to Death

A man wearing a dress was found shot to death on a Hollywood street near Paramount Studios and detectives believe he was killed elsewhere and then dumped in the roadway, authorities said Tuesday.
The victim was found on the pavement in the 400 block of North Windsor Boulevard about 9:30 p.m. Monday, Detective Ernie Basset said. The man, about 30, was dead at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds, Basset said.
The victim carried no identification. He was later identified through fingerprints, but his name was withheld until relatives could be notified.
