16-Year-Old Killed in Stabbing Attack
A 16-year-old San Ysidro boy was fatally stabbed after he and some friends confronted another group of young men at a San Diego shopping center, authorities reported Sunday.
Oscar Flores, who lived in the 100 block of East Seaward, died about 9:15 p.m. Saturday after he was rushed to UC San Diego Medical Center with a wound to the abdomen, according to Penne Hammerstead, a coroner’s investigator.
Flores had apparently been knifed after he and his friends left a fast-food restaurant.
