Lunch to Go: You may never buy this book in this town again. Producer Julia Phillips’ industry kiss-and-tell book, “You’ll Never Eat Lunch in This Town Again,” delivered to bookstores on Friday, is selling like hot cakes all over L.A. The first batch sold out in most bookstores by Saturday. Book Soup in Hollywood and Brentanos at the Century City Mall report that phones are ringing off the hook with requests. The bookstores plan to replenish their stocks as soon as possible. Book Soup expected a delivery Monday afternoon.
