The CNN Shuffle: Cable News Network is returning to a peacetime mode--restoring its regular program lineup and introducing an assortment of new anchor teams. Frank Sesno, who has been covering the White House for the past six years, joins Catherine Crier as co-anchor of both the 3 p.m. “International Hour” and the 6 p.m. “The World Today” roundup. Mary Tillotson moves from the Capitol Hill beat to the White House. Bernard Shaw and Susan Rook will co-anchor the 8 p.m. “Primenews” and the 10 p.m. “CNN Evening News.” General-assignment correspondent Candy Crowley replaces Tillotson. Patrick Emory, who co-anchored late-night programs, has left the network.
