Twelve days before 42-year-old George Foreman fights Evander Holyfield for the heavyweight title, former champion Larry Holmes will begin his second comeback by fighting Tim (Doc) Anderson in Orlando, Fla.

Holmes came out of a 21-month retirement and last fought Jan. 22, 1988, when he was knocked out in the fourth round by Mike Tyson in a bid to win the undisputed heavyweight title. Holmes retired again, but says he is coming back at 41 because of the success Foreman has found.

Anderson, 32, is 25-13 and has been knocked out nine times, once by Foreman in the fourth round in 1987.
