MISSION VIEJO : College Puts On Multi-Ethnic Festival
Saddleback College students staged a multicultural festival featuring entertainment, ethnic foods and an art contest this week on campus.
The festival, sponsored by the student government office, honored the cultures and customs of students, staff and faculty in the Saddleback Community College District. Entertainers, including Hawaiian and Aztec dancers, performed in the college’s quadrangle area on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The festival also included an art contest in which the entries were to reflect the diversity of the people within the district and the nation.
