Man Fatally Shot at Mobile Home Park

SANTA ANA — A man was shot to death Wednesday night at a mobile home park in what police say was a homicide.
The victim, who was unidentified, was shot shortly before 5:30 p.m. at the mobile home park in the 2800 block of West 1st Street, Police Sgt. Dave Nick said. It was unclear how many shots were fired.
Friends called the Fire Department, and paramedics rushed the man to AMI Medical Center of Garden Grove, where he was pronounced dead, Nick said.
Nick said preliminary indications were that the shooting was not gang-related, but an investigation was continuing late Wednesday night at the scene.
