Former Minnesota Viking quarterback Tommy Kramer was arrested in Oroni, Minn., and is expected to be charged with driving while intoxicated for the third time in 11 years. Meanwhile, Viking defensive back Carl Lee was arrested after an unloaded handgun was found in a handbag he was carrying while on his way to board a plane at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
