Crew in Court: Miami’s rappers 2 Live Crew are due back in court today attempting to reverse a landmark June ruling by a Ft. Lauderdale federal judge who declared their sexually explicit “As Nasty as They Wanna Be” album obscene. Oral arguments are scheduled to be heard by a three-judge panel this morning at the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta.
