Magazine Honors Brethren Christian’s Brady

Frank Brady, a running back at Brethren Christian High School, has been named an honorable mention All-American by “Bigger, Faster, Stronger” magazine.

The strength and conditioning magazine selects its All-Americans based on grades, game statistics and several weightlifting categories.

Brady, 5 feet 9 and 170 pounds, rushed for 991 yards and scored 13 touchdowns for the Warriors last season.

He bench presses 275 pounds, dead lifts 385 and was timed at 4.5 seconds in the 40-yard dash. His squat lift was 450 pounds and his clean-and-jerk was 215.
