New Shuttle Service Set to Begin Next Week
The “Bunker Hill Express,” a shuttle service between Pasadena and downtown Los Angeles, will begin operating next week. Commuters may ride the line for $85 a month, and discounts of $15 or more are available to employees of companies regulated by the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
The pickup locations in the Pasadena area are First Church of the Nazarene, 3700 E. Sierra Madre Blvd.; Imperial Savings Building, 2 N. Lake Ave., and United Methodist Church, 699 Monterey Road, South Pasadena. The buses will make four trips from Pasadena in the mornings and a like number of return trips at the end of the day.
