IN BRIEF : Author Will Speak on Malcolm X, Fanon

Activist and organizer Wilmette Brown will speak on “Malcolm X and Frantz Fanon--Prophets of the ‘60s for the ‘90s,” Sunday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Quaker Hall, 4167 S. Normandie.
Author of a forthcoming book with the same title, Brown is co-founder of International Black Women for Wages for Housework and has been active in dealing with issues pertaining to the Third World, black women, peace, nuclear opposition, class and the environment.
