Car Seat for Children Recalled: A maker of juvenile furniture is recalling a child car seat manufactured between Jan. 5 and June 18, 1990, on grounds that it might permit a child’s head to strike the interior of the vehicle in a severe crash. The seat is the Ultara II child restraint model 227, manufactured by Evenflo Juvenile Furniture Co. of Piqua, Ohio.
