FULLERTON : Catlin to Head New Advisory Council
City Councilman A. B. (Buck) Catlin has been named to head the county’s newly formed Regional Advisory and Planning Council.
The council will be responsible for developing a countywide air quality management plan and for coordinating the growth management requirements contained in Measure M.
Catlin was appointed by the Orange County Sanitation Districts board of directors, on which he serves as joint chairman. La Habra City Councilman William D. Mahoney was appointed alternative representative to the Regional Advisory and Planning Council.
