Complaints About Ethics Law
City Council President John Ferraro (“Ethics Panel Hears Recital of Complaints,” A1, April 20) is offended because people think he should not take presents from people who do business with the city. I don’t receive gifts of wine or boxes of apples and only my sons and my wife buy me lunch. What does John Ferraro have that I don’t have?
