Two intruders posing as delivery men ransacked the Agoura Hills home of Michael Nunn, the International Boxing Federation world middleweight champion, Tuesday after tying up Nunn’s fiancee and press manager, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.

Nunn was at his Florida training camp when the incident occurred at his home in the 29700 block of Quail Run Drive, Deputy Rafael Estrada said.

Neither Nunn’s fiancee, Loritha Boyce, 25, nor his publicist, Eric Murphy, 30, was harmed by the pistol-toting robbers, who were dressed as deliverymen, Estrada said.

The men burst into the home, guns drawn, when Boyce answered the front-door bell about 11 Tuesday morning, the deputy said.

Murphy was in an upstairs bedroom when he heard Boyce screaming and rushed downstairs to investigate. The robbers tied them both and left them on the living room floor before ransacking the house, Estrada said.

After the gunmen fled in an automobile, Boyce and Murphy were able to free themselves and call 911. Patrol deputies from the sheriff’s Malibu station, along with a helicopter crew, searched the area but were unable to find the suspects or the getaway car, Estrada said.

“They took several telephones and an indeterminate amount of additional property,” Estrada said.
