Robert B. Fletcher has been named interim chief executive of 3D Systems Inc., Valencia, to succeed Raymond S. Reed, who has announced his intention to retire following the company’s 1991 annual meeting. Fletcher is expected to return to his position as vice president, administration at CIBA-GEIGY Corp., Ardsley, N.Y., upon completion of the search for a permanent chief executive.
