The body of an unidentified stabbing victim was discovered Sunday in a flood-control channel near West Valley Parkway, authorities said.
The body, that of a male believed to be Latino and between 20 and 30 years old, was found by a passer-by about 4:20 p.m. in the channel near Interstate 15, police said. The man had been stabbed several times.
