COSTA MESA : Non-Traditional Jobs Are Topic of Seminar
A one-hour workshop that will examine non-traditional careers for men and women will be offered Wednesday evening at Orange Coast College.
A panel will discuss such non-traditional occupations for women as mechanics, electronics and construction. It will look at non-traditional careers for men in nursing, preschool teaching and other areas.
The free workshop is sponsored by the Re-entry Center, which assists people who want to return to school, make career changes or acquire new job skills. The workshop will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Room 105 of OCC’s Counseling and Admissions Building.
