The telecast of the Lakers’ 91-90 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers Thursday night averaged a 25.2 Nielsen rating, with a 39% share of the audience, Channel 4 said. At the end of the game, the rating was a 36.1 and the share was 50. In Portland, the averages were a 48.4 rating and a 67 share, with peaks of 56.4 and 73 at the end of the game. . . .
