Beverly Hills Cop on the Scene: A bodyguard for the rhythm and blues group Guy was shot to death during a party at a crowded New York nightclub, 10 feet from Eddie Murphy, who was one of the guests. Police said Larry Glover, 26, was shot four times early Friday at Reins, a club in a Manhattan hotel. He was a body guard for Guy singer Damion Hall, who was celebrating his 24th birthday. Police said Glover had been involved in a dispute with a party-goer.
