Charles I. Petit has been named vice president, chief financial officer and chief actuary of 20th Century Industries, Woodland Hills. He will be responsible for a range of activities in the company’s financial and corporate controls division. Petit, 45, previously was senior consultant in the casualty, actuarial and risk management consulting group of Coopers & Lybrand’s Seattle office.
Fresno-based Westair Holding Inc. has appointed Bryan K. Bedford chief financial officer. The position had been handled by President Maury Gallagher. Bedford was formerly vice president-controller.
