Implementing Proposition 140
Anyone who has studied comparative economic systems knows that a dictatorship is the most efficient form of government. Therefore, if we could have all state constitutions and the federal Constitution declared unconstitutional, the problems of our democracy would evaporate. Until that day, viva 13 and viva 140!
