Fillmore : Panel OKs Church and Day-Care Center
The Fillmore Planning Commission on Thursday approved a plan to build a church and day-care center that neighbors had complained would be too noisy and spoil their views.
Faith Community Church will be required to add a six-foot block wall next to a proposed playground area and must use landscaping to shield the building from view, the commissioners decided. The church must also cap a well on the site, the commission said.
