The second album by Mel’s daughter portends more than it actually accomplishes. As a writer, Tillis hits the mark with the spunky title tune and on a fetching ode to forgiveness, “I’ve Seen Enough to Know.” Most other songs about the agonies and ecstasies of love don’t sound half as genuine.
