THOUSAND OAKS : Planners to Review 4-Story Project
The Thousand Oaks Planning Commission is scheduled to reconsider a proposal today to construct a four-building office project.
The project, adjacent to East Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks, was previously denied by unanimous vote, in part because commissioners felt that there would not be enough available parking.
Developer Jason Schwetz reduced the size of the project so fewer parking spaces would be needed.
Last month, the City Council voted to refer the project back to the Planning Commission for reconsideration.
