COUNTYWIDE : Architects Invite Vote on Projects
The Orange County chapter of the American Institute of Architects is inviting members of the public to vote for their favorite architectural project during a 10-day exhibit of commercial, industrial and residential structures.
Local architectural firms will display their work at Jewel Court in South Coast Plaza from Thursday through July 7. The public can vote for the People’s Choice Award.
“Our goal is to have the public better understand the role architects play in formulating their environment,” said John R. Garakian of the institute. “We hope this exhibit will help to do that.”
The winner of the People’s Choice Award will be honored at a banquet on July 19.
