GREENER PASTURES?: There was a lot of green in the air last weekend at the posh Center Club in Costa Mesa, where Santa Ana Mayor Daniel H. Young raised $75,000 for his next political race. The question is . . . which race? Young, mayor since 1986, hasn’t ruled out another term, but there’s also talk that he’ll run for Congress or for Supervisor Roger R. Stanton’s seat, if Stanton runs for Congress. Young will say only that he’ll decide by year’s end.
