Ugandan Rebels Killed

KAMPALA, Uganda —
The army has killed more than 155 rebels in counterinsurgency operations in northern Uganda over the past week, a senior army officer said Friday.
Col. Sam Wasswa, commander of the army’s northern division, told state-owned New Vision the rebels were killed in a battle in the town of Gulu.
