BET DA RANCH: For one participant, last month’s Rancho del Rio bidding was a disappointment. Or maybe it wasn’t. . . . The Girl Scouts ended up buying the onetime drug lair for $2.38 million. But Hanu Reddy Realty in Irvine didn’t come away empty-handed. . . . Bidding rules awarded $10,000 to Reddy for the highest written offer, although it was superseded during oral bids. The Board of Supervisors approved Reddy’s money this week. The realtor wouldn’t comment.
