Norm Duke of Albuquerque, N.M., overcame two poor starts to win the Tucson Open bowling tournament. Duke beat Jess Stayrook of San Diego, 216-190, after failing to mark in the first two frames, and then in the title match Duke beat John Mazza of Mount Clemens, Mich., 215-173, after starting the match with an open frame.
