CAMARILLO : Driver Dies After Car Strikes Tree

A Camarillo man died after the car he was driving swerved off Woodcreek Road in Camarillo and struck a tree.
Stanley Wasserberg, 66, was pronounced dead of multiple injuries at Pleasant Valley Hospital Wednesday, Lt. Mike Gullon of the Camarillo Police Department said.
Wasserberg’s car hit the tree on Woodcreek Road near Elm View Drive about 2 p.m. No other cars were involved in the accident, Gullon said.
Anyone who might have seen the accident is urged to call Sgt. Bill Boyd or Senior Deputy Bill Flannigan at 482-9844.
