Barton Lynch of Manly, Australia, won his second Op Pro surfing championship title, defeating Richie Collins of Newport Beach, 76.5 to 74, at the Huntington Beach Pier and earning $14,000.
Frieda Zamba of Flagler Beach, Fla., won her fifth women’s title, beating Wendy Botha of Newport Beach, Australia, 74 to 45.5, and earning $4,500.
