Wedding Plans: Valentino, who has designed gowns for Elizabeth Taylor for decades, will get the call to make the dress for her eighth wedding in October. The couturier’s business manager told the Italian news agency ANSA that “it will be a short model, although Valentino would have preferred a long dress for the actress.” Taylor and her intended, construction contractor Larry Fortensky, were recently in Rome for a bash marking the designer’s 30 years of fashion fame.
