The Roving Cynic: The popular 20-year-old British comedy radio revue “Cynic’s Choice,” formerly on KFAC-AM and KSRF-FM, has bounced around because of station sales and format changes. Now it’s found a new home Sundays at 11 a.m. on KBLA (1580-AM), starting this weekend.
