FREEWAY REPAIRS : Caltrans Issues Motorists’ Advisory

Caltrans advises motorists that it has scheduled the following freeway work in the Southeast and Long Beach area this week. Repair locations are spotted on the map by number, and are identified in the list below by the nearest city or cities.

ARTESIA FREEWAY (91)

1. Cerritos: Eastbound connector; eastbound Artesia Freeway (91) connector to northbound and southbound San Gabriel River Freeway (605); 6:30 to 11 a.m. today; bridge repair.

HARBOR FREEWAY (110)

2. Los Angeles: Northbound and southbound No. 1 lanes; Slauson Avenue to Manchester Avenue; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday; weed and debris removal.

POMONA FREEWAY (60)

3. East Los Angeles: Eastbound ramp; Atlantic Avenue on-ramp; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday; landscaping.

4. East Los Angeles: Eastbound ramp; Atlantic Avenue off-ramp; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; landscaping.

SAN DIEGO FREEWAY (405)

5. Carson: Northbound connector; northbound San Diego Freeway (405) to southbound Harbor Freeway (110); 6:30 a.m. to noon today; tree trimming.

SANTA ANA FREEWAY (5)

6. Commerce: Southbound No. 4 lane; Atlantic Avenue to Washington Boulevard, Atlantic Avenue on-ramp, Washington Boulevard off-ramp; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday; marker repair.

7. Norwalk: Northbound No. 4 lane; Carmenita Road to Rosecrans Avenue; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; shoulder repair.

8. Norwalk: Southbound No. 4 lane; Imperial Highway to Norwalk Boulevard, Imperial Highway on-ramp, Norwalk Boulevard off-ramp; 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday; landscaping.
