World IN BRIEF : JAPAN : Quake Rattles Buildings in Tokyo

A magnitude-6 earthquake shook northern Japan and caused buildings in downtown Tokyo to sway, the Central Meteorological Agency said. There were no reports of damage or injuries. The epicenter was 25 miles below the ocean floor off the coast of Ibaraki state, 62 miles northeast of Tokyo.
