3.0 Quake in Pennsylvania

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. —
An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.0 was felt in central Pennsylvania early Thursday, but no damage was reported. The U.S. Geological Survey said it was the strongest earthquake in the area since 1944.
