PRO FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : RAIDERS : Bears' Anderson to Miss Today's Game

Tailback Neil Anderson did not make the trip to Los Angeles with the Chicago Bears for today’s exhibition game after learning that his father, Tommy Anderson, had been charged with murder in Graceville, Fla. Tommy Anderson, 63, has been accused of shooting his fiancee, Laura Mae Tyson, 37, at her home.

A Bear spokesman said Friday that Anderson would remain in Chicago during the weekend to “take care of business from there.”

William Perry reported to camp at 370 pounds but has since lost 20 pounds.
