A Gypsy Hostess: Angela Lansbury will host Friday’s opening night gala of “West Hollywood Gypsy,” a musical parody of “Gypsy” starring Barry Dennen and featuring Liz Torres at UCLA’s Freud Playhouse. Presented by the Charity Parody Foundation, which staged “Fiddler on the West Hollywood Roof” and “West Hollywood Story,” the musical will run through Sept. 1 to benefit eight local AIDS care-giving organizations. Previews start Wednesday.
