CAMARILLO : Store Burglar Takes 5 Fancy Skateboards
A thief with a penchant for skateboards smashed a window of a Camarillo shop and fled with five fancy boards, a Sheriff’s Department spokesman said Tuesday.
The burglar, who also took an armload of skating clothes, broke into The Drop-In on Ventura Boulevard about 3 a.m. Tuesday, Sheriff’s Sgt. Keith Lazz said. The value of the stolen items was placed at about $280, he said.
