William D. Gordon, 73, who wrote, acted, directed and produced for radio and television. His TV work began with broadcasts from Mt. Lee for Los Angeles’ old Mutual Don Lee Network. His radio credits included “The Cisco Kid,” “The Count of Monte Cristo” and “Behind the Story.” On television he was Travis in the “Riverboat” adventure series of 1959-60 and acted regularly in episodes of “Maverick,” “Rawhide,” “77 Sunset Strip” and “The Twilight Zone.” In Thousand Oaks on Aug. 12 of lung cancer.
